As Director of UX/Product Design at WebMD/Staywell, I inherited a fragmented wellness experience across mobile and desktop — users were abandoning the app because health data felt disconnected and overwhelming.

My Approach
Led end-to-end UX across a 5-year tenure: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping. Expanded the UX team by 500% to support 15+ healthcare AI projects and ran continuous usability testing across 3 engineering pods.
03 — Outcome
Results
30% increase in project delivery speed. Client satisfaction maintained above 4.8/5 across the portfolio. StayWell became the benchmark design system for WebMD's healthcare AI products.
