The Challenge
As Director of UX/Product Design at Onlife Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield), I led the redesign of 5 legacy applications that had poor mobile responsiveness, high bounce rates, and a disconnected experience across the product suite.
My Approach
Led end-to-end redesign: user research, journey mapping, and high-fidelity prototyping across desktop and tablet. Unified health metrics, coaching tools, and community features into a cohesive dashboard with an intuitive data visualization system. Also rebranded 7 business units and built a centralized media library with 1,200+ assets.

Results
Legacy app redesigns reduced bounce rates 30% and improved mobile responsiveness significantly. Marketing production streamlined by 40%. Work recognized with 6 ADDY Awards (2 Gold, 4 Silver).
