NFL Sports Platform

01 — Problem

The Challenge

As Director of UX/Product Design, I joined School of the Legends in its startup phase with a mandate to build the digital identity and social platform for an NFL athlete brand from the ground up.

02 — Process

My Approach

Built and led the design department from 0 to 12 people in under 18 months. Developed brand language, visual system, and interaction design end-to-end. The platform experience was designed to feel premium and stadium-scale — video-first with a stats panel unique to the sport. Also delivered front-end implementation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

03 — Outcome

Results

Social networking app hit 100,000+ downloads with a 4.7+ App Store rating. Output scaled 600% as the team grew. End-to-end brand delivered across digital, video, vehicle wraps, and merchandise.
